Rental Duration
Our properties are available for weekly lets all year round. The rental period starts on a Friday afternoon at 4:00pm and and ends on the day of departure at 10:00am. Increasingly popular are short breaks of Friday-Monday and Monday to Friday in the low season from November to the end of March which are very good value. Subject to availability, short breaks are sometimes available from April to September on a 'last minute' basis. Please see our availability page for vacancies.
What does the price include?
Our charges are fully inclusive of all power, bed linen, towels and t-towels and include VAT.
A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits or home-made cake, sweets and a drink for the children, a bottle of quality white wine will welcome you upon your arrival.
A full set of cleaning materials, vacuum, brushes and cloths are provided. At least one hairdryer and shaver points or adapters are also provided in each property.
At least 1 colour TV, Digibox, DVD player and Hi-fi'. A selection of DVD's, CD's, books and videos can be found, along with a small selection of toys and books.
The kitchen is extensively equipped with all of the essential equipment you will need for your stay, including coffee machines.
Chargeable "Extras"
Please see our "Extras" page for details of items and services you can request at the time of booking. These include a special celebratory bouquet of fresh flowers and/or a bottle of quality champagne can be provided upon request at an additional charge.
The property is strictly non-smoking.

Booking enquiries can be made via e-mail or by telephone. You will be asked to pay a 25% deposit if your holiday is more than 2 calendar months away, with the balance due 2 calendar months before the start of your holiday.
For bookings made within 2 calendar months of the start of your holiday, the full balance will be due straight away. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Payments can be made by cheque mailed to us. Our full booking conditions are available on-line and will also be provided at the time of booking.
